Also included in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
